Two-Pot Claim

How do I make a Two-Pot Claim?

Members who qualify may submit a Two-Pot claim by completing the required claim form and submitting all supporting documents to the Council.

Claim Requirements

  1. Minimum Savings Component Balance

    You must have a balance of more than R2 000 in the Savings Component to qualify for a Two-Pot claim.

  2. Obtain the Claim Form

    You can obtain the claim form from the link provided on this page, or by visiting one of our offices in Johannesburg, Free State, or Pretoria.

  3. Prepare the Supporting Documents

    The claim form must be submitted together with the required supporting documents.

    • Confirmation of tax letter
    • Proof of bank account letter
    • Certified copy of your South African ID
    • Certified copy of your passport, if you are a foreign national
  4. Submit the Claim

    Once the completed claim form and all supporting documents have been submitted, the claim will be processed subject to tax.

Please note that the processing and finalisation of a Two-Pot claim may take up to 6 weeks, provided that all required documents have been correctly submitted.
